Responsible for recording confirmed sales orders, coordinating with the production team for order fulfilment, handling post-order customer communication, and managing printing cylinder design coordination between customers and the fixed cylinder supplier.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain an accurate sales order register: product details, quantity, lead time, and price
Place confirmed orders with the production team with complete specifications
Track order status and expected completion dates from production
Act as the single point of contact for customers on post-order queries (changes, revised production timelines, etc.)
Coordinate with production for any order amendments requested by the customer
Share order confirmations and updates with customers in a timely manner
Coordinate with customers on printing cylinder design/artwork requirements and obtain approvals
Share approved cylinder designs with the fixed cylinder supplier and place the cylinder order
Track cylinder development status with the supplier and follow up for timely delivery
Escalate delays or issues (order or cylinder related) to the Sales Head proactively
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
