Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
Prior experience in the Gold Loan industry is essential
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Branch Manager in daily branch operations.
Drive business growth and achieve branch targets.
Ensure excellent customer service and relationship management.
Monitor loan processing, documentation, and compliance.
Assist in team supervision and performance management.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
