Job Description:
We are looking for Production Trainees and Skilled Professionals to join our jewellery manufacturing unit. This role involves supporting production processes while maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in jewellery production processes like casting, polishing, setting, and finishing
- Ensure quality standards and report defects
- Support in achieving daily production targets
- Coordinate with design, QC, and dispatch teams
- Maintain basic production and inventory records
Open Positions:
Production Trainee – Freshers/entry-level candidates
Filer – Experience in jewellery filing & shaping
Polisher – Skilled in buffing & finishing
Model Maker – Experience in manual/CAD jewellery model making
Requirements:
- Minimum SSC/HSC
- Jewellery industry experience preferred (not mandatory for trainee role)
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes / tools
- Basic Excel/system knowledge (for trainee role)
- Strong attention to detail & willingness to learn

- Shift flexibility may be required
Salary:
As per industry standards (based on experience & skill level)
Pay: ₹9,500.00 - ₹10,500.00 per month
