Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Account Assistant to join our manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will assist with daily accounting operations, maintain financial records, and support the finance team in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain purchase, sales, and expense records.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, and payment entries.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash records.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation.
- Maintain accounting records in Tally/ERP software.
- Support monthly and yearly financial closing activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments and vendors for accounting-related matters.
- Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing company.
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and bookkeeping.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
