Operations Manager – Security & Facility Management

We are a leading Security & Facility Management Services provider committed to delivering high-quality security, housekeeping, technical, and facility management solutions across commercial, residential, industrial, healthcare, and corporate sectors. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Operations Manager to lead field operations and ensure exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of security and facility management services across multiple client locations.
- Ensure deployment of security personnel, housekeeping staff, and other facility teams as per client requirements.
- Monitor service quality and compliance with company SOPs and client SLAs.
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and performance reviews.
- Maintain strong client relationships and promptly resolve operational issues and escalations.
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, deployment, and training of field personnel.
- Ensure statutory compliance, including labor laws, ESI, PF, wages, and company policies.
- Prepare operational reports, MIS, attendance, deployment records, and incident reports.
- Coordinate with HR, payroll, procurement, and administration departments for smooth operations.
- Manage workforce planning, scheduling, and emergency manpower requirements.
- Drive employee discipline, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost optimization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in Security Services or Facility Management operations.
- Proven experience managing multiple client sites and large field teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and workforce management.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and MIS reporting.
- Ability to travel frequently to client locations.
