About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong relationships with prospective customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, follow-ups, and other sales activities.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Explain company products/services and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in sales, business development, telesales, or a similar role.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Target-driven mindset with a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
