Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and responsible Milling Operator to operate and monitor flour milling machinery and PLC-based systems, maintain production quality, and ensure smooth plant operations. The candidate should have knowledge of milling operations, machine handling, and basic PLC control systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor flour milling machines and PLC-controlled equipment.
- Handle production operations through PLC panels and monitor process parameters.
- Ensure continuous production as per target and quality standards.
- Check wheat flow, grinding process, and machine performance regularly.
- Identify operational or minor technical issues and coordinate with maintenance team.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the milling section.
- Record production data, downtime, and shift reports accurately.
- Follow safety procedures and company policies during operations.
- Coordinate with packing, maintenance, and quality teams for smooth workflow.
Requirements
- ITI / Diploma / Any technical qualification preferred.
- Knowledge of PLC operation and industrial control panels is mandatory.
- Experience in flour mill or manufacturing industry preferred.
- Basic understanding of machine troubleshooting and production process.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
