Job Description – Sales & Marketing Executive
Experience: 1–5 Years
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and identify potential customers.
- Handle sales inquiries and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Promote company products/services through various sales and marketing channels.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements and order processing.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and maintain customer data.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, payments, and other requirements.
- Visit customers and markets when required for business development.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer preferences.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
- Ability to generate leads and follow up effectively.
- Customer-focused approach with good convincing skills.
- Ability to achieve targets and work under deadlines.
- Good presentation and networking skills.
- Knowledge of CRM/Sales software will be an added advantage.
Qualification
Graduate / Any relevant qualification preferred.
