Role Overview
Are you a passionate graduate looking to make a real-world impact? We are looking for an energetic Operations & CSR Intern to assist our leadership team. This is not a "coffee-running" internship; you will be on the front lines of sustainable development, learning how to manage corporate partnerships, government subsidies, and farm logistics.
You will work under the direct mentorship of the SEF Leadership Team to navigate the professional world of social impact.
What You Will Learn & Do (Under Guidance)
- CSR Research: Learn to identify and map corporate partners whose values align with sustainability and rural development.
- Pitching & Communication: Assist in drafting professional emails, presentations, and social impact stories to attract sponsors.
- Tour Coordination: Manage the "behind-the-scenes" logistics for school and corporate visits to our regenerative farms.
- Documentation: Gain hands-on experience with the paperwork required for government farm subsidies and operational reports.
- Community Engagement: Act as a bridge between the farm’s daily activities and our external supporters.
Who Are We Looking For?
- Education: Recent graduates or final-year students (Any stream; Agriculture, Social Work, or Business is a plus).
- Skills: Strong command of English (written and verbal), proficiency in Google Workspace/MS Office, and a "can-do" attitude.
- Mindset: You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to follow a structured learning process.
