Key Responsibilities
- Operate and supervise paving block / fly ash brick / vibro press machines as per the production plan
- Ensure correct mix proportion, vibration, and compaction for quality output
- Monitor daily production targets and minimize rejection/wastage
- Handle mould changing, setting, and maintenance
- Ensure proper curing, stacking, and yard management of finished blocks
- Maintain machine cleanliness, lubrication, and basic troubleshooting
- Coordinate with quality team for strength and finish checks
- Maintain production records, shift reports, and material consumption data
- Follow safety standards and SOPs during operations
- Coordinate with loading, dispatch, and labour teams for smooth operations
Required Experience
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in:
- Paving Block Plant / Fly Ash Brick Plant / Precast Unit
- Hands-on experience in:
- Vibro Press / Hydraulic Press Machines
- Mix design and raw material handling
- Experience in handling labour teams (brick gang) preferred
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of production process & machine operations
- Ability to achieve daily targets under pressure
- Knowledge of quality standards and curing process
- Basic troubleshooting and maintenance knowledge
- Good coordination with plant, dispatch, and quality teams
Preferred Profile
- Candidates from the RMC / Precast / Brick Manufacturing Industry
- ITI / Diploma (Mechanical or Civil) preferred
- Local candidates or willing to relocate
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
