Job Overview:
Skylane Solutions is hiring a Direct Marketing Specialist specifically for IT services lead generation, focused on connecting with international clients and driving business growth through LinkedIn outreach and social selling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified leads for IT services (Web Development, Mobile Apps, Digital Marketing, etc.) through LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and target decision-makers (CEOs, CTOs, Founders)
- Execute personalized outreach campaigns for international markets (US, UK, Canada, etc.)
- Understand client requirements and pitch relevant IT services
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings or demo calls with the sales team
- Maintain CRM and track outreach, responses, and conversions
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of IT services prospects
Requirements:
- 6 months to 2+ years of experience in LinkedIn lead generation for IT services
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Strong understanding of IT services (web, app, software, or digital solutions)
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated
