Position: Salon ManagerResponsibilities
- Handle day-to-day salon operations (staff, appointments, customer service).
- Manage team of hair stylists & beauticians, ensure quality service delivery.
- Maintain customer satisfaction & salon standards.
- Track daily sales, targets & performance reports.
- Manage inventory, billing & cash handling.
- Promote services, offers & assist in local marketing activities.
- Handle customer queries & resolve complaints professionally.
Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years in salon/spa/retail/hospitality management.
- Strong leadership & team management skills.
- Good communication in Hindi/Marathi/English.
- Knowledge of beauty/hair services preferred.
- Ability to handle targets & motivate staff.
- Computer skills (basic billing software, Excel).
