Roles and Responsibilities in Brief
- Identify potential students through research, networking, and referrals to generate leads.
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly basis
- Identify need of prospects & recommend them prospects for programs through outbound calls
- Close sales over the phone by demonstrating the value of our courses
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects through effective communication and follow-up
- Stay up to date on industry trends and new product offerings
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing students to increase sales revenue.
- Conduct cold calls, email campaigns, and social media outreach to promote educational services.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., admissions, marketing) to achieve business objectives.
- Analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions using EdTech platforms.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-6 years of experience in BDE/BDM roles or related fields such as Inside Sales, Institutional Sales, Education Counseling, Admission Counseling, etc.
- Strong understanding of EdTech industry trends and developments in education administration.
- Excellent communication skills for effective lead generation and relationship-building.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets.
Roles and Responsibilities in Detail
- Explain about admission procedures and courses offered to the students and their parents through phone calls.
- Counsel Students and Parents about our courses.
- Interaction with Students and Parents on regular basis
- Support the students throughout the admission process by answering their queries.
- Maintain the target metrics by converting potential students into confirmed admission and succeed in achieving the performance goals.
- Maintain regular communication with students, parents for coordinating admission activities and resolving problems.
- Result-orientated and able to work under pressure to achieve targets.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English as well as the local language.Strong, presentation and persuasion skills.
- Report daily, weekly and monthly status.
- Should be target oriented and enthusiastic towards the role.
- Participating in educational fairs and events.
- An ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, students and other members of the public of all age groups.
- Ability to learn on own initiative and research best study options for students.
- Must Have Pleasing Personality, Excellent Communication and Soft Spoken.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year

- Karvenagar, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
