About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Integrations, and Agentforce to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, customizing, and supporting Salesforce applications while collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Triggers, LWC, SOQL, Flows, and Declarative tools.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.
- Develop and consume REST APIs for third-party system integrations.
- Configure Salesforce objects, validation rules, workflows, flows, page layouts, profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
- Design and implement secure Salesforce solutions following security best practices.
- Build and customize Agentforce capabilities including Agent Scripts, Prompt Templates, Topics, Actions, and Custom Agent Actions.
- Configure and support Agentforce Builder, Einstein Trust Layer, Service Agents, and Autonomous AI Agents.
- Perform code reviews, debugging, optimization, and production support.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
- Manage deployments using GitHub-based version control and CI/CD practices.
- Utilize Salesforce tools including Workbench, Salesforce Inspector, Postman, VS Code, and Data Loader for development and troubleshooting.
Mandatory Skills
- 4+ years of Salesforce Development experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Flows, and Salesforce Configuration.
- Experience with REST API Integrations.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Security Model (Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules).
- Hands-on experience with Agentforce
- Experience using VS Code, GitHub, Jira, Workbench, Postman, Salesforce Inspector, and Data Loader.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
