About the Role
We are looking for a driven and experienced Freight Broker to join our growing US logistics operations. This role requires strong expertise in handling end-to-end freight movement, carrier coordination, and rate negotiation while ensuring smooth and timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

Manage freight shipments from pickup to delivery ensuring smooth execution
- Generate leads and grow business opportunities

Source and coordinate with carriers and shippers for load booking
- Handle rate negotiation to maintain profitability and margins
- Use load boards like DAT / Truckstop to manage and source loads
- Track shipments and provide real-time updates to clients
- Resolve operational challenges such as delays, cancellations, or escalations
- Maintain proper documentation (Rate Confirmation, BOL, POD)
Build and maintain long-term relationships with carriers and clients

Requirements

2–10 years of experience in US Freight Brokerage / Logistics
- Strong understanding of OTR & Drayage operations
- Hands-on experience with load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.)
- Strong skills in negotiation and carrier management
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
