We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support daily administrative and operational tasks. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining records, managing data, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day back office operations and administrative tasks.
- Maintain and update company databases and records.
- Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as required.
- Manage data entry and ensure accuracy of information.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow.
- Handle emails, documentation, and file management.
- Assist in preparing invoices, quotations, and reports.
- Maintain confidentiality of company data and documents.
- Support the team with other operational tasks when required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in back office or administrative roles.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good typing speed and data entry skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Familiarity with office management software is a plus.
Salary: 12K-14K
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
