Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Accounting Hub (AHCS) & General Ledger (GL) Senior Consultant to lead the design, implementation, support, and optimization of Oracle Fusion Financials solutions. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, finance teams, and technical teams to deliver scalable accounting and reporting solutions that meet business and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Oracle Fusion General Ledger (GL) and Accounting Hub (AHCS) implementations and support projects.Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solution designs.Configure GL, Chart of Accounts (COA), Ledgers, Calendars, Journals, and Financial Reporting structures.Design and configure Accounting Hub components including source systems, mapping sets, account rules, and accounting methods.Support integrations between source systems and Oracle Accounting Hub.Perform data analysis, reconciliations, and issue resolution.Support month-end and year-end financial close activities.Work with technical teams on interfaces, reports, OTBI, BI Publisher, and OIC integrations.Conduct user training, testing (SIT/UAT), and documentation.Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis (RCA).
Skill Requirements
8+ years of Oracle ERP Financials experience.Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion General Ledger (GL).Hands-on experience with Oracle Accounting Hub Cloud Service (AHCS).Good understanding of Accounting Principles, Financial Close, and Reconciliation processes.Experience with Chart of Accounts, Accounting Rules, Mapping Sets, Subledger Accounting, and Financial Reporting.Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and financial system integrations.Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and support.
Other Requirements
CA, CMA, MBA Finance, or equivalent.Oracle Fusion Financials certification.Experience in banking, financial services, or large enterprise ERP implementations.Exposure to AP, AR, FA, FCCS, or ARCS modules is an added advantage.
