- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Coordinate with departments to identify and fulfill manpower requirements.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates through various recruitment channels.
- Maintain recruitment records and ensure timely closure of vacancies.
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, confirmation, and exit formalities.
- Address employee grievances and foster positive employee relations.
- Organize employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Monitor attendance, leave management, and HR operations.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and employee benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and workforce analytics.
- Assist in performance management and employee development programs.
- Implement and communicate HR policies and procedures.
- Support statutory compliance, audits, and HR best practices.
Qualification: MBA (HR) with 3+ years of experience in Recruitment, Employee Relations, and HR Operations.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
