Requirements:
6+ years of Oracle HCM experience (3+ years in Oracle Fusion HCM)
Strong expertise in one or more Fusion HCM modules
Experience in AMS/Support projects
Good English communication skills
Willingness to work in the UAE timezone and provide on-call support for critical incidents
