Job Summary
The Sales Executive is responsible for processing customer orders, updating SAP, coordinating with customers and internal teams, monitoring sales plans, and ensuring timely order execution to achieve business targets.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Enter customer Purchase Orders (POs) in the SAP system and acknowledge them within 48 hours.
- Monitor daily and monthly sales plans to ensure achievement of sales targets.
- Release production schedules to the PPC (Production Planning & Control) team.
- Perform SAP entries related to sales orders, schedules, and dispatch activities.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams for timely order processing and execution.
- Maintain sales records and prepare periodic sales reports.
Required Skills
- Sales coordination and customer relationship management.
- Experience in manufacturing sector
- Basic knowledge of foundry products.
- Basic ERP/Portal and MS Office knowledge.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
