Building Site & Bridge Site requirement
- Site Inspections & Hazard Identification: Conduct daily walkthroughs of the building or bridge site to identify potential safety hazards, such as faulty scaffolding, improper rigging, unsecured edges, or hazardous material storage.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all site operations comply with relevant safety authorities (e.g., OSHA, local building codes, and environmental regulations).
- Incident Investigation: Lead the investigation of any near-misses, accidents, or injuries. Document findings, determine the root cause, and implement corrective actions to ensure it doesn't happen again.
- Safety Training & Toolbox Talks: Conduct site inductions for new workers and lead regular "toolbox talks" (brief daily/weekly safety meetings) covering specific risks like fall protection, crane safety, and working over water.
- Permit Management: Review and issue High-Risk Work Permits, including permits for confined spaces, hot work (welding), and critical crane lifts.
- Experience: 1 - 5 Years
- Location: Ahmedabad & Gandhinagar
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
