Key Responsibilities:
- Independently handle complete DGFT operations from start to closure
- Manage:
- IEC Registration & Amendments
- Advance Authorisation
- EPCG Licence
- RoDTEP / RoSCTL benefits
- SCOMET applications
- EODC redemption and closure process
- Licence amendments, renewals, and regularisation
- Prepare, verify, and submit DGFT applications on the DGFT portal
- Coordinate with clients for documents, data, and compliance requirements
- Handle complete import/export documentation and policy-related queries
- Liaise with Customs, DGFT authorities, consultants, shipping lines, and internal teams
- Monitor export obligations and maintain licence tracking records
- Ensure compliance with Foreign Trade Policy, Customs regulations, and DGFT notifications
- Draft replies, clarification letters, undertakings, and supporting documents for DGFT submissions
- Assist clients in availing export incentives and resolving licence-related issues
- Maintain proper documentation and status MIS for all ongoing cases
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of DGFT procedures and Foreign Trade Policy
- Good understanding of import/export documentation and customs processes
- Hands-on experience with DGFT portal, ICEGATE, and shipping documents
- Ability to independently manage complete DGFT workflow
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and communication skills
- Good knowledge of Excel and documentation handling
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
