About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and data-driven SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for scaling our online visibility, driving organic traffic, and optimizing our web presence and digital footprint. You will work closely with our development and content teams to ensure technical excellence, high-converting landing pages, and engaging digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- SEO Strategy & Implementation: Develop and execute comprehensive on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase organic search rankings for target travel destinations and holiday packages.
- Technical SEO & Optimization: Monitor website performance, audit XML sitemaps, manage indexing, and collaborate with developers to optimize site speed, mobile responsiveness, and image rendering.
- Keyword Research & Content Planning: Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to guide content creation for blogs, itineraries, and landing pages.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and measure SEO performance, keyword rankings, and organic traffic using tools like Semrush and Google Search Console. Generate actionable reports to guide ongoing marketing strategies.
- Local & Regional SEO: Optimize local search visibility and manage business listings to drive targeted regional inquiries.
- Social Media & Brand Alignment: Support the content and marketing team in aligning SEO efforts with social media campaigns, automated messaging, and brand identity guidelines.
Requirements
- Experience: 1–4 years of proven experience as an SEO Specialist or Digital Marketer, preferably within the travel, hospitality, or e-commerce sectors.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of modern web architectures (e.g., Next.js, headless CMS) and how they impact search engine performance and user experience.
- Tool Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with SEO and analytics platforms such as Semrush, Google Analytics 4, and Google Search Console.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to translate complex data into actionable marketing insights and content briefs.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for minimalist, professional, and engaging brand messaging.
