Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable software components to meet evolving business needs.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with React.js.
- Strong understanding of backend and frontend development principles.
- Experience with cloud-based architectures and deployment strategies.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Familiarity with agile development practices and continuous integration workflows.
