Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to manage retail and wholesale operations, drive sales growth, and ensure smooth day-to-day store activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Manage retail and wholesale sales operations and customer relationships.
- Monitor inventory, stock movement, and product availability.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare sales and performance reports for management.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Procurement, and other departments.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain brand standards.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Monitor profitability and support business growth initiatives.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Store/Retail/Wholesale Management.
- Strong leadership, sales, and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of inventory management and market trends.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and manage a team.
- Strong customer-service and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
