Experience: Fresher to Experienced
Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month
Roles & Responsibilities
● Handle customer calls in a professional manner.
● Assist customers with basic queries and service-related information.
● Maintain call quality and follow company process guidelines.
● Update customer details correctly in the system.
● Coordinate with the team for smooth daily work.
Requirements
● Minimum 12th pass
● Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
● Basic communication skills required
● Comfortable with voice process
