Hindustan Enterprises is a leading provider of water supply, plumbing, drainage, and storage solutions with over 35+ years of industry experience. We are authorized distributors of leading brands such as Prince Pipes, Ashirvad Pipes, and Sintex, and manufacturers of our own brands Hindpipe, Hindplast, and Hippo.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting transactions and bookkeeping.
- Record purchase, sales, receipts, and payment entries.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Reconcile bank statements, customer accounts, and vendor accounts.
- Handle GST invoicing, GST reconciliation, and assist with GST return preparation.
- Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Process vendor payments and customer receipts.
- Prepare financial reports and MIS as required by management.
- Maintain stock-related accounting records and documentation.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and banks whenever required.
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of financial documents.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime (mandatory).
- Good knowledge of GST, invoicing, bank reconciliation, and accounting principles.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Honest, responsible, and eager to learn.
Salary
₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on experience)
