Prime Steel Automation is looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate our site operations across Pune. The candidate will be responsible for supervising our team at project sites and ensuring that all necessary manpower, materials, permissions, and other site requirements are arranged and managed efficiently.
The ideal candidate should be responsible, proactive, comfortable with field work, and capable of coordinating independently with clients, contractors, suppliers, and our internal team.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily site activities while our team is working on-site.
- Coordinate and manage site manpower and ensure proper allocation of work.
- Arrange and maintain all required site permissions, passes, approvals, and documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and other site personnel.
- Ensure required materials, tools, equipment, and other resources are available at the site.
- Coordinate with the office team regarding daily site requirements and progress.
- Monitor daily work progress and provide regular updates.
- Maintain daily site records, manpower details, and work reports.
- Travel to different project sites across Pune as required.
- Visit suppliers or other locations to collect and arrange materials whenever required.
- Handle day-to-day site-related requirements and resolve basic site coordination issues.
- Ensure that work is carried out properly, safely, and as per instructions.
- Take responsibility for smooth coordination between the site team and management.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor / Site Coordinator / Site In-charge will be preferred.
- Experience in construction, fabrication, engineering, automation, or similar industries will be an advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Must be comfortable with field work and travelling across Pune.
- Should be responsible, punctual, and willing to take ownership of site-related activities.
- Basic knowledge of site work, manpower management, and material handling.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills and willingness to learn may also be considered.
Pay: ₹145,000.00 - ₹165,000.00 per year
