Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and supervise the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies for residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
- Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, investment opportunities, and legal documentation to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports for management.
- Negotiate and close property deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.

- 3–8 years of experience in real estate sales, property consulting, or business development.
- Prior experience managing a sales team is an advantage.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
