Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections.
- Ensure products meet customer specifications and company quality standards.
- Handle customer complaints, non-conformities, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain QC reports, inspection records, and quality documentation.
- Lead and supervise QC team activities and inspections.
- Coordinate with production, stores, dispatch, and other departments for smooth workflow.
- Ensure implementation and maintenance of ISO systems and procedures.
- Act as Management Representative (MR) for ISO and quality management systems.
- Conduct internal audits and coordinate external/customer audits.
- Prepare audit reports, NCRs, CAPA reports, and management review documents.
- Monitor process quality and work on rejection and wastage reduction.
- Ensure implementation of 5S and continuous improvement activities.
- Maintain calibration records, quality standards, and process compliance.
- Provide quality-related training and awareness to employees.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
