Job Title: Senior Manager – Finance & Accounts

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Manager – Finance & Accounts to oversee the end-to-end accounting function, monthly closing activities, statutory compliances, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of Indian taxation laws, financial reporting standards, and hands-on experience in handling audits and regulatory filings.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Monthly MIS and Accounts Closing
Supervise month-end and year-end closing processes
Prepare and analyze Monthly MIS reports and financial KPIs
Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of financial data
2. GST and Income Tax Compliance
Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns and handling GST assessments
Manage TDS compliance, advance tax workings, and IT return filings
Stay updated with latest amendments and ensure implementation
3. Financial Statements and Cash Flow Preparation
Lead preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements as per applicable accounting standards
Prepare monthly and annual cash flow statements and assist in forecasting
Liaise with consultants for technical interpretations when required
4. Receivables, Payables & Stock Ageing Analysis
Monitor AR and AP ledgers and aging reports
Highlight overdue balances and coordinate with business teams for resolution
Analyze inventory aging and support in provisioning and optimization
5. Audit Management (Tax & Statutory)
Coordinate with statutory, tax, and internal auditors
Ensure timely closure of audits with zero/ minimal qualifications
Prepare and review audit schedules and notes to accounts
6. RoC and Corporate Law Compliance
Handle RoC filings, board resolutions, and other MCA compliance
Ensure adherence to Companies Act requirements
Coordinate with company secretarial team and legal advisors
Requirements:
Qualification: CA / CMA / MBA (Finance)
Experience: Minimum 7–10 years in a similar role with team-handling exposure
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally / SAP / ERP systems
Good knowledge of Ind AS/IGAAP

Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
