We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Export Sales Manager to lead our international sales and business development initiatives. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in export sales, international market development, distributor management, and customer relationship management within the automobile or auto components industry.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying new international business opportunities, expanding export markets, managing overseas customers and distributors, negotiating commercial agreements, and achieving aggressive export sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand export business in international markets.
- Generate new overseas customers and distributors.
- Achieve export sales and revenue targets.
- Manage international customer relationships and key accounts.
- Handle export documentation, logistics, and international trade compliance.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and customer visits.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely order execution.
- Participate in international exhibitions and business meetings.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in Export Sales & International Business Development.
- Mandatory experience in the Automobile or Auto Components industry.
- Strong knowledge of export documentation, Incoterms, logistics, and international trade.
- Experience handling overseas customers, distributors, and OEMs.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and business development skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
