Foxbrain is a well-established EdTech organization with multiple learning centers across NCR, committed to delivering quality education and an exceptional learning experience. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Center Head to lead our Karkardooma center and drive operational excellence, admissions, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall operations of the center and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Drive admissions and achieve monthly revenue and enrollment targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the center team to deliver high performance.
- Counsel prospective parents and students, providing accurate guidance on programs and admissions.
- Ensure an outstanding experience for students and parents throughout their journey.
- Monitor center performance through MIS, reports, and operational metrics.
- Coordinate effectively with academic, sales, and support teams.
- Plan and execute local marketing and outreach activities to increase walk-ins and admissions.
- Handle escalations professionally while maintaining company standards and policies.
- Maintain discipline, compliance, and operational efficiency within the center.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
- 3–7 years of experience in center management, branch operations, sales leadership, or business operations.
- Experience in EdTech, Education, Coaching Institutes, Retail, Banking, Hospitality, or other customer-facing industries is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory. Candidates must be fluent and confident in spoken English, as the role involves regular interaction with parents, students, and team members.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team management skills.
- Proven track record of achieving business and operational targets.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
