Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Piping & AutoCAD Draftsman with an engineering background to support piping layout, mechanical drafting, and 2D/3D modeling. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing technical drawings for piping systems in industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects using AutoCAD and other relevant design software.
Key Responsibilities:
PKey Skills & Requirements:
- Proficient in AutoCAD (2D & 3D) for preparation of detailed engineering drawings.
- Strong knowledge of MEP drafting, including layouts and coordination drawings.
- Experience in piping drawings for various systems.
- Good understanding of standard symbols and specifications for:
- Valves
- Pumps
- Firefighting systems
- Utility services
- Familiarity with system layouts and drawings for:
- Gas systems
- Compressed air systems
- Water supply and drainage
- Diesel lines and related infrastructure
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
- Coordination with engineering and site teams for accurate drawing execution.
