Should have 1to2Yrs of field sales experience
Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years or MBA fresher’s with Marketing management, or similar
1-3 years of experience as a Field Sales, or similar.

Ability to liaise with internal departments and develop business strategies and plans.Advanced knowledge of effective sales plans that attract suitable applicants.
Exceptional ability to convert prospects, Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.
Conduct sourcing activities in order to reach assigned targets
Design and managesales processes (Identifying, cold calls,Activities etc.)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
