Job Summary
The Pharmacy Store Incharge is responsible for handling daily store activities, maintaining inventory, ensuring smooth customer service, supervising staff, and supporting sales operations. The role focuses on efficient store management, medicine availability, and maintaining compliance with pharmacy standards and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day operations of the pharmacy store.
- Ensure proper availability of medicines and healthcare products.
- Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, and inventory movement.
- Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse for timely stock replenishment.
- Supervise billing, cash handling, and daily store closing activities.
- Assist customers with product information and ensure quality customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, stock, and purchases.
- Support pharmacists in dispensing medicines as per prescriptions.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper product display in the store.
- Resolve customer complaints and operational issues efficiently.
- Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving inventory items.
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and safety standards.
- Train and guide store staff on operational procedures.
- Prepare daily and monthly operational reports.
- Support achievement of store sales and business targets.
