Responsibilities
- Preventative Maintenance: Conducting routine inspections on equipment and building systems to prevent breakdowns.
- Repairs: Diagnosing mechanical faults and performing basic or advanced repairs on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Documentation: Maintaining maintenance logs, tracking work orders, and documenting parts used.
- Vendor Coordination: Assisting or overseeing outside contractors for major or specialized repairs.
- Safety Compliance: Ensuring all facilities meet local building codes and workplace health and safety standards.
Essential Requirements and Skills
- Experience: Proven, hands-on experience in general maintenance, repair, or a related technical field 3-5 Yrs Experience.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with hand/power tools and foundational knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
- Physical Ability: Capability to perform physically demanding tasks, heavy lifting, and maneuver in confined spaces.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to diagnose issues, paired with the ability to read blueprints or repair manuals.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
