We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Manager with a strong background in MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) Credit and Risk. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and overseeing strategic programs related to MSME lending, ensuring robust credit assessment, effective risk mitigation, and successful product implementation. This role requires a blend of program management expertise, deep understanding of financial products, and a keen eye for risk management within the MSME sector.
- Lead the end-to-end program management lifecycle for MSME credit products and initiatives, from conception to execution and post-launch review.
- Define program scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Develop, implement, and continuously refine credit policies, underwriting guidelines, and risk frameworks specifically tailored for MSME clients.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of the MSME credit portfolio, identifying potential risks, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product development, sales, technology, legal, and operations teams to ensure seamless program delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Ensure all MSME credit and risk programs comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, partners, and regulatory bodies, providing regular updates on program status and performance.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives within the credit and risk functions to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and potential risks or opportunities in the MSME lending landscape.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and analyses for senior management, outlining program progress, financial performance, and risk profiles.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the credit and risk teams.
