We are looking for a Senior Testing Engineer with 4–7 years of experience in software testing and automation. You will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive test plans, implementing automation frameworks, and ensuring the quality, security, and performance of XenonStack’s Agentic AI platforms.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on precision, detail, and excellence, and who wants to contribute to the trust and reliability of enterprise-grade AI systems.
Must-Have
4–7 years of experience in software testing and QA engineering.
Strong understanding of testing methodologies (functional, regression, integration, system).
Hands-on with automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, JUnit, TestNG).
Strong experience in API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured) and performance testing tools (JMeter, Locust).
Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Java, or JavaScript).
Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Good-to-Have
Experience testing AI/ML systems, including data validation and model accuracy.
Exposure to containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes).
Knowledge of security and compliance testing (SOC2, GDPR, PCI-DSS).
Background in BFSI, GRC, or large-scale enterprise systems.
