About the Role:
Transparent Capital is looking for a dynamic and relationship-driven Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to connect with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), understand their investment requirements, and assist them in investing in Unlisted Shares and Pre-IPO opportunities. The candidate will be responsible for building long-term client relationships, generating sales, and ensuring a superior client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with HNI clients through calls, meetings, referrals, and digital channels.
- Understand clients' investment objectives and recommend suitable unlisted share and Pre-IPO investment opportunities.
- Generate revenue by selling unlisted equity and Pre-IPO investment products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Regularly follow up with clients regarding new investment opportunities and market updates.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to investment closure.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction execution.
- Maintain accurate client records and interaction details in the CRM system.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Sales, Relationship Management, Wealth Management, Broking, Financial Services, or Investment Advisory.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
- Experience dealing with HNI/UHNI clients will be preferred.
- Knowledge of stock markets, unlisted shares, and Pre-IPO investments is an added advantage.
