Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Admin & Front Desk Executive to manage the front office operations and provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the organization. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and internal stakeholders, creating a professional and welcoming environment. This role requires strong communication, multitasking ability, and attention to detail to handle both front desk responsibilities and backend administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations including handling incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries
- Greet and assist visitors, students, clients, and vendors in a professional manner
- Maintain visitor records, appointment schedules, and meeting room bookings
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, couriers, and deliveries
- Provide administrative support such as data entry, documentation, and file management
- Maintain office records, reports, and databases accurately
- Coordinate with internal teams for scheduling meetings, interviews, and training sessions
- Ensure proper upkeep of office premises, reception area, and office supplies
- Assist in organizing events, meetings, and training logistics
- Support HR and operations teams with onboarding formalities and documentation
- Monitor attendance records and assist in basic reporting
- Handle basic troubleshooting and coordinate with vendors for office maintenance

Important:
- Must own a laptop
- Should be comfortable working from office/front desk on a daily basis

- Should be flexible with working hours based on operational needs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹240,000.00 per year
