We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor / Assistant Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee housekeeping operations and ensure a clean, safe, and hygienic environment throughout the hospital.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily housekeeping activities and staff performance.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained across all hospital areas.
- Conduct routine inspections of patient rooms, wards, public areas, and facilities.
- Coordinate housekeeping schedules, duty rosters, and manpower allocation.
- Monitor housekeeping supplies and maintain inventory records.
- Train and guide housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures and hospital protocols.
- Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards.
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate with relevant departments for timely resolution.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in housekeeping operations.
- Previous hospital experience preferred.
- Experience in a 3-star hospital or healthcare facility will be given preference.
- Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, safety practices, and infection control measures.
