We are hiring a Telecaller Executive to join our sales and customer support team. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, explaining our products/services, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a target-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company products/services and answer client queries.
- Generate leads and follow up to convert them into sales.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information.
- Handle customer objections politely and professionally.
- Work towards achieving daily/weekly/monthly targets.
- Support the sales team with lead generation and customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months–2 years of telecalling/inside sales/customer service experience (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
- Strong verbal communication in English, Hindi, and [local language if required].
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
