Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Tekla Trainer to join our training team on a part-time basis. The trainer will be responsible for teaching students and professionals in Tekla Structures software with practical industry-oriented training.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver training sessions on Tekla Structures software.
- Teach modeling, detailing, drafting, and steel structure design concepts.
- Prepare practical assignments, projects, and training materials.
- Guide students on real-time industrial projects and workflows.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and student assessments.
- Support students in improving technical and professional skills.
- Coordinate with the academic team regarding batch schedules and progress reports.
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of Tekla Structures.
- Understanding of steel detailing and structural drawings.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to train students from basic to advanced level.
- Knowledge of BIM concepts will be an added advantage.
Eligibility
- Diploma / B.Tech / M.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Tekla software.
- Prior teaching or training experience preferred.
