- Handle bike retail sales and customer enquiries
- Follow up with customers for bookings and retail conversion
- Coordinate billing process and delivery documentation
- Maintain daily retail and billing reports
- Explain vehicle models, accessories, and finance options
- Ensure proper customer follow-up after test rides and enquiries
- Achieve monthly retail targets and showroom goals
- Support showroom operations and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Basic computer and billing knowledge
- Ability to manage customer interactions professionally
- Experience in automobile showroom sales preferred
