Job Summary
Baked Cakes & Pastries is looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Recruiter with 4–5 years of HR and recruitment experience. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in payroll processing, recruitment, employee onboarding, and HR operations. The candidate will play a key role in attracting talent, managing employee records, and ensuring smooth payroll administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate final interviews.
- Maintain recruitment databases and hiring reports.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Payroll Processing (Mandatory)
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Verify attendance, leave records, overtime, and salary calculations.
- Coordinate with accounts and management regarding payroll-related activities.
- Ensure statutory compliance related to payroll and employee benefits.
- Handle payroll queries and maintain payroll records.
HR Operations
- Manage employee onboarding and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee files and HR documentation.
- Track employee attendance and leave management.
- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
