Job Title: Customer Care Executive
Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 CTC
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Office Timings)
Key Responsibilities
- Collect attendance and daily reports from all work locations.
- Maintain site-wise employee and operational data in Excel.
- Coordinate with all site supervisors and field teams.
- Update daily vacancy and manpower requirements from all sites.
- Prepare and share daily MIS reports with the management.
- Follow up on absenteeism and manpower shortages.
- Ensure timely communication with field teams and managers.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Requirements
- Good knowledge of MS Excel (Mandatory).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Graduate or Intermediate (Preferred).
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
