Overview
This role leads end-to-end client onboarding and functional delivery for ERP implementations. You’ll coordinate kick-offs, map client business processes to ERP workflows, configure the system, and support users through go-live and beyond. Acting as the primary liaison among clients, development, and QA, you turn business needs into clear functional requirements and documentation, ensure timely execution, and enable users with training and support.

Client Implementation & Onboarding: Drive project kick-offs, align on scope and timelines, map processes to ERP, perform basic configurations, and support go-live and stabilization.

Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Engage stakeholders, run workshops, capture change requests, and translate business needs into actionable functional requirements.

Functional Documentation (FSD): Produce detailed FSDs including workflows, use cases, business rules, and validations; clarify requirements with dev and QA throughout the lifecycle.

Module Training & User Support: Deliver module-specific training, create user guides and materials, and resolve functional queries to promote adoption.

Coordination & Communication: Serve as the bridge across Client–Dev–QA, track progress and dependencies, and drive timely closure of issues and change requests.

Process & Delivery: Basic understanding of SDLC and Agile; ability to manage multiple clients and tasks in parallel.

Tools: Familiarity with project tracking tools such as Jira, Redmine, or ClickUp.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; strong presentation and training skills; problem-solving mindset with client-centric focus.

Clear, actionable FSDs that reduce rework and speed development/QA.
