- Handle customer queries through Voice & Non-Voice channels.
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customers.
- Maintain professional communication and customer satisfaction.
- Follow process guidelines and company policies.

- Good communication skills in Hindi & English.

- Minimum 1 year experience preferred for experienced candidates.
Salary
- Experienced: Up to ₹27,000 CTC
- Freshers: ₹20,000 CTC
