Job Summary
Operate and monitor the Multiple Effect Evaporator (MEE) system for efficient concentration of industrial effluent, recovery of reusable water, and smooth operation of the ZLD/ETP plant while maintaining safety and environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate MEE, ATFD, crystallizer, and related utility equipment
- Monitor:
- Temperature
- Pressure
- Vacuum
- Steam flow
- Feed flow
- Condensate recovery
- Maintain proper evaporation and concentration parameters
- Start-up and shutdown of MEE systems
- Check pumps, valves, pipelines, and heat exchangers
- Handle cleaning/descaling of evaporator tubes
- Maintain daily log sheets and operational records
- Coordinate with RO, boiler, and ETP sections
- Identify and troubleshoot operational issues
- Ensure compliance with safety and pollution-control norms
- Minimize downtime and improve plant efficiency
Required Skills
- Knowledge of MEE and ZLD process
- Understanding of pumps, motors, and utilities
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting
- Ability to handle shift operations
- Awareness of industrial safety procedures
- Team coordination and reporting skills
Pay: ₹8,940.76 - ₹30,168.33 per month
